Title: Sales and Logistics Specialist

Employment Type: Contract (6 months)

Compensation Range: $25.00 - $28.00/hr

Location: Santa Monica, CA

Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 onsite/2 remote) Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, 40 hours/week

Position Summary

This role supports post-sale execution by managing sales orders, coordinating logistics activities, and providing customer support related to order status and fulfillment. The position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth order flow between sales, supply chain, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and process sales orders in SAP following order confirmation

· Release orders and coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to support timely fulfillment

· Track order status and provide customers with delivery and shipment information

· Support internal sales teams with order data, reporting, and administrative tasks

· Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze sales, order, and logistics data

· Maintain high levels of accuracy across order documentation and systems

· Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to orders and deliveries

Required Qualifications

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales administration, or a similar role

· Experience working within a retail sales environment

· Working knowledge of SAP

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel

· Strong analytical and organizational skills

· Ability to work independently and manage priorities autonomously

· Clear and professional communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in the apparel or fashion industry

· Exposure to supply chain, logistics, or sales analytics

· Background in hybrid sales and operations support roles
